Kathy Griffin is set to make a guest appearance on Glee as what the casting notice describes as a "recent Tea Party candidate and home schooler -- a Sarah Palin type," reports Huffington Post.
Griffin has been one of the most outspoken critics of the former Vice Presidential candidate. After dating Levi Johnston, father of Palin's grandson, for publicity, the comedian has continued to use the Palin family for fodder in her stand up act.
This won't be the first time the Fox hit has referenced Palin. Last year Sue Sylvester (played by Jane Lynch) reprimanded sexually ambiguous cheerleading duo Santana and Brittany, with, "You may be two of the stupidest teens I've ever encountered -- and that's saying something. I once taught a cheerleading seminar to Sarah Palin."
