Woman Claims Breast Massage From "Gay" Therapist Was Not OK

A 20-year-old Jersey City, N.J., woman who consented to having her breasts and buttocks massaged at a local gym by a supposedly gay massage therapist has filed a police complaint after finding out the therapist has a girlfriend.

The suspect, who is 30 and is not named in the report by NewJersey.com, appeared in central judicial processing court in Jersey City Thursday on video from Hudson County jail. According to NewJersey.com, "he appeared shocked when he was told the charge."

The woman, who is also not identified, claims she was received a massage from the suspect at Club H Fitness on Tuesday when he asked if she'd like her "glutes and breasts" massaged. She consented and disrobed, telling police she "was under the impression that it was a regular practice" and she believed the suspect "was of a homosexual orientation."

The woman reported the incident to her father, who called the gym and police, noting that his daughter's boyfriend also works at the club. When a friend told her the suspect has a girlfriend, she filed charges.
