Girls Bullied, Carry Out Suicide Pact

Two eighth-graders in Minnesota were found dead after committing suicide together.

Fourteen-year-olds Haylee Fentress and Paige Moravetz were found after they had a sleepover together. The girls left notes to let their families know they loved them, but Fentress's aunt, Robin Settle, said she knew her niece was having a difficult time readjusting to her new school in Lynd, Minn.

Fentress was ostracized and bullied by classmates for being overweight and having red hair, according to ABC News. She and Moravetz, however, became fast friends, and Moravetz typically came to her new friend's defense.

Settle said she suspects the girls had been developing a suicide pact for an extended amount of time.
