Many were shocked when The Advocate's tabulation concluded that San Francisco was not the gayest city in America, prompting Daily Show correspondent Jason Jones to investigate.
Jones ventured to San Francisco, trying to figure out why the iconic city did not crack the top 10 spots. After a trip to a local sex shop, a walk with local activist Tim Seelig, and a performance by the city's acclaimed Gay Men's Chorus, Jones was still unimpressed. The correspondent then jetted off to Minneapolis, which clenched the #1 spot this year, to talk to a pair of young men who say they know why their city tops the list.
