The Baltimore Orioles have become the fourth Major League Baseball team to take a stand against bullying by providing hope to LGBT youth in the form of an "It Gets Better" video.
The Orioles follow on the heels of the San Francisco Giants, the Chicago Cubs, and the Boston Red Sox, all of whom posted their videos in support of the It Gets Better Project in the last two months.
