WATCH: Dan Savage Says Small Guys Try Harder

With his trademark blunt advice, Dan Savage answers the eternally nagging questions that plague young people, such as the importance of penis size and whether semen has skin cleansing ability, in his new MTV series, Savage U.

In the new series, which premiered Tuesday, the activist-advice columnist takes a rollicking road trip with producer-sidekick Lauren Hutchinson to help solve the sex dilemmas of college students around the country. Savage, also noted for launching the It Gets Better campaign, explores both straight and LGBT sex culture on college campuses and dispenses both humorous and serious advice in the program.
