The actress discusses sex, love, and her new musical on the The Advocate's podcast, LGBTQ&A.

Difficult People actress Shakina Nayfack says that for a trans woman, it's a radical act to be in love.

With so many stigmas around dating trans people, the actress best known for her appearances as a conspiracy-theory-peddling "trans-truther" on the Hulu show, describes embracing herself as a sexual being and ultimately falling in love on this week's episode of The Advocate's LGBTQ&A podcast.

Recorded live at the Big Queer Pod Fest in Brooklyn, Nayfack also talks about the musical she wrote about her gender-confirmation surgery, Manifest Pussy, why watching porn with trans women has been so empowering, and why she's challenging people to be better allies.
