Walter Zak's photographs explore the art of the male form — and redefine exhibitionism as a healthy desire for self display. Read more below.

Walter Zak's images of men, mostly naked, are perfect examples of the collaboration between the photographer and his subject. Trust, seduction, and a keen eye for what is timeless in the male body all make themselves apparent in these works. Zak's photos remind us that modeling nude for another male photographer is a self-exposure. In many of the images we can sense a wanton surrender to the man and the camera.

"My work evolves with every person I photograph. I love an organic, raw approach to photography, where the emotion guides the imagery and it shows in the final piece. I aim to show a mix of sexual tension and beauty; to blur those lines and create work allowing to focus on the subject whilst at the same time holding your gaze longer than something purely sexual."
