Joan Jett and the Blackhearts play Palm Springs Pride

Joan Jett and the Blackhearts will perform at Palm Springs Gay Pride Weekend on Friday, November 2, with comedian Shann Carr opening the show. All proceeds will benefit the AIDS Assistance Program, a nonprofit organization supplying nutritional support to men, women, and children living with HIV/AIDS in the Coachella Valley. The concert starts at 7 p.m. at the Spa Casino outdoor event facility; for tickets, call (800) 258-2946.
