The Saturday Night Live sketch that everyone was waiting for included the Kate McKinnon impression everyone predicted: a Hillary Clinton barely able to contain her glee at Donald Trump's implosion. Probably the most biting moment is Clinton defending Trump against calls by fellow Republicans for him to drop out of the race.
