  1. Always use a condom
  2. Urinate after orgasms
  3. Never share razors, toothbrushes and enema equipment. Harmful blood-borne bacteria, especially hepatitis, can live on minute blood particles
  4. Gargle after sex with mouthwash or salt water
  5. Shower after sex whenever possible
  6. Always use a condom on sex toys before insertion, especially if they are to be shared
