According to the New York Daily News, composer Andrew Lloyd Webber has commissioned Rolling Stone Ron Wood to paint a picture capturing 30 of Londons most powerful and socially influential people, among them gay pop star and philanthropist Elton John. The work will hang in Londons power-lunch restaurant the Ivy and will also feature Elizabeth Hurley and Hugh Grant in the mix. As Webber so eloquently puts it, Restaurants are where many colorful powerbrokers from all walks of life don the nosebag.
