Film festival favorite Surrender Dorothy will be released on VHS and DVD by First Run Features on Tuesday, September 4. Winner of the Grand Jury Prize at the Slamdance Film Festival, New York Underground Film Festival, Chicago Underground Film Festival, and San Jose Festival, Surrender Dorothy is a cross-dressing and gender-bending drama about a loner and an addict who cross paths in a decidedly unsettling way. Debuting on video the same day, also from First Run, is Forgive and Forget, about a macho construction worker who doesn't want to face his own homosexuality--until his best friend falls in love with a woman.
