Fox has recruited Bruce Almighty writer-producer Steve Koren to develop a comedy series for the network, targeted for fall 2004. The as-yet-untitled project centers on two straight men who move into an apartment building that rents exclusively to gay men and women. Koren, who honed his craft on Saturday Night Live, went on to work as a writer-coproducer on Seinfeld. He stayed close to his SNL roots with his first two features, A Night at the Roxbury and Superstar.
