Elizabeth Taylor has settled a lawsuit filed by her former landscaper, who accused the screen legend of firing him after he refused sexual advances from her butler. In a lawsuit filed last year, Willem Van Muyden alleged he was fired without being paid $294,000 he claimed Taylor owed him for 10 years of gardening work. Van Muyden alleged Taylor fired him in September 2002 after her butler, Jean-Luc Lacquement, urged her to. Van Muyden claimed it was in retaliation for rejecting the butler's sexual advances. Terms of the settlement were not available. Taylor's attorney said, however, the settlement doesn't include any money. He added that a ruling on Van Muyden's legal expenses is still pending. (AP)
