       Melissa Etheridge
            will team with Ford Motor Co. to release a benefit
            single for breast cancer research. "I Run for Life," which
            chronicles the lesbian singer's struggle with the disease
            and her fight       toward recovery, will be available for
            99 cents at https://www.fordcares.com
            starting Tuesday, October       4, and all proceeds during
            the month of October will go directly to the       Susan G.
            Komen Foundation and Dr. Susan Love Research Foundation.
