Gay network Here
announced Wednesday that it will begin delivering
programming through Google Video. The site allows users both
to search for content and to download and view it on
their computers. This new arrangement will allow
computer users to download original series, films,
documentaries, and comedy specials from Here for $3.99 per
title. "Making Here content available via Google Video
is part of our ongoing effort to expand the options
for thousands of viewers to access Here however,
whenever, and wherever they want," said Here founder
and CEO Paul Colichman in a statement. "As the variety of
Here programs continues to increase, Here's growing
fan base will be able to catch their Here favorites
either on TV or now with Google Video on their PCs and
eventually on wireless devices as well." (Advocate.com)
