Dreamgirls tops DVD sales and rentals charts

The movie-musical box office hit Dreamgirls topped DVD sales and rentals charts last week, knocking Night at the Museum to number 2. The musical, starring Jennifer Hudson, Beyonce Knowles, Eddie Murphy, and Jamie Foxx, generated $32 million in consumer spending in its first week, according to the Nielsen VideoScan chart.
