LGBT cable network Logo announced Wednesday that it will acquire the LGBT social networking Web site DowneLink.com. The three-year-old site has more than 400,000 members, with a focus on people of color--72% of its users are African-American, Asian, or Latino, according to 365Gay.com.

Other Logo-affiliated Web sites include AfterEllen.com, AfterElton.com, and 365Gay.com. (The Advocate)
