Rosie O'Donnell will appear on TheOprah Winfrey Show Monday to discuss her split from wife Kelli Carpenter and her new romance. 

The star, who was married to Carpenter for five years, talks about the "free-flowing" arrangement they have in place to care for their four children.

"We share equal time and we are never really without them," she tells Oprah. 
 
The couple's children are featured in the new documentary, A Family Is a Family Is a Family: A Rosie O'Donnell Celebration, scheduled to premiere on HBO Sunday.

According to E! Online, O'Donnell also opens up about dating Tracy Kachtick-Anders, a Texas-based artist and mother of six.
