Three leading
HIV/AIDS groups will launch a cooperative Web site February
14 with the aim of promoting gay health through
education and support. LifeLube.org is the inaugural project of
the Sexual Health Xchange, a national partnership of
AIDS Action Committee of Massachusetts, AIDS
Foundation of Chicago, and AIDS Project Los Angeles.
The site provides
a comprehensive look at sexual health, disease
prevention, and care resources. Visitors will also find
candid explorations of intimacy, communication,
spirituality, and other topics of interest to men who
have sex with men.
In addition to
the Web site, SHX will conduct several community-based
think tanks to address rates of STDs, especially among gay
men of color. (The Advocate)
