For the ninth year, Cyndi Lauper hosted a holiday benefit concert for homeless LGBTQ youth -- a cause the Grammy-, Tony-, and Emmy-winner has long championed. Incredibly, 100 percent of net proceeds from the concerts support Lauper's True Colors United programs to prevent homelessness among queer youth.
This was the first time a Home for the Holidays concert took place in Los Angeles and it featured performances by Kesha, Belinda Carlisle, Billy Porter, Justin Tranter, K. Flay, King Princess, Marilyn Manson, Henry Rollins, and Perry Farrell (to name just a few folks!). The event, held at the Novo Theater, was sponsored by AEG and Marriott International, while Drag Race star Carson Kressley served as host.
