Two billboards in Indianapolis aimed at illustrating biblical support of homosexuality were vandalized this weekend. Faith in America leased 22 billboards in the city to spread messages like "Jesus said some people are born gay." According to The Indianapolis Star, Jesus Metropolitan Community Church pastor Jeff Milner said the vandalism "shows the lengths some people will go to suppress ideas rather than have a dialogue." One billboard originally read, "The early church welcomed a gay man." The word "man" was obstructed with black spray paint. Another billboard, which read "Jesus affirmed a gay couple," had the words "lie, lie, lie" painted in red across it. (The Advocate)
