A flash advertisement on The Times of London's Web site uses an image suggestive of gay sex to promote a new fantasy soccer game.
The advertisement uses a two-panel illustration. The first panel features a shadowed silhouette of two men who appear standing and pressed against each other. One man looks as if he is grabbing the other's waist. The picture's caption reads, "Put the squeeze on your mates." The second panel shows an illuminated version of the same picture, which clearly depicts two soccer players. The caption for the panel reads, "A new type of Fantasy Football is coming."
A picture of the ad can be seen in a recent entry of the gay blog Queerty: https://www.queerty.com/soccer/the-times-knows-balls-20070706. (Louis Virtel, The Advocate)
