            Nevada's GOP and Democratic caucuses (both to be
            held Saturday, January 19), polls show Hillary Rodham
            Clinton       leading Barack Obama and John Edwards among
            Democrats; the Republican       race is unsettled, with Mitt
            Romney, Rudy Giuliani, and Mike Huckabee all
            competitive. At stake are 31 GOP delegates and 25
            Democratic       delegates.     
       In 2004, George
            W. Bush won the state with 50% of the vote in the
