For anyone fretting over an impending birthday, 73-year-old Jim Morris is a reminder that age isn't anything but a number. Exercise and a positive, curious mind have kept him physically and mentally sharp -- no medications necessary. "I feel like I'm 40," says Morris, who has been a professional body builder for more than four decades and, in 1973, became the first openly gay Mr. America. "People say, 'You're so disciplined.' But I can't not do it," he says of his five-day-a-week workout schedule. "I take a lot of pride in doing what others find difficult."
