Sarah Silverman gets an increased budget for the third season of her Comedy Central show thanks to help from sister network Logo.
Just yesterday came word that comedian Sarah Silverman would have to settle for an $850,000-per-episode budget for the third season of The Sarah Silverman Program.
That number went up by $250,000 today with the announcement that Comedy Central would be splitting the bill with Logo.
According to reports, in return for the money, Logo will be able to air first-run episodes of the show when it premieres next year.
"We're happy," Silverman told reporters Tuesday. "All we ever wanted was just to make our show. Nothing fancy -- just our show."
