The city of Atlanta is offering an $11,000 reward for information leading to the arrests of the three men whose vicious beating of Brandon White was captured on video and posted on the internet.

The suspects, believed to be a part of the Pittsburgh Jack City gang, ambushed White as he left an Atlanta corner grocery store Saturday, punching and kicking him while yelling "no f****ts in Jack City."

Atlanta City Council member Cleta Winslow said she was "appalled and saddened" by the attack and is encouraging anyone with information about the perpetrators to come forward.

White, who spoke at a press conference Wednesday, said he was initially afraid to inform police of the attack but after coming forward feels empowered. "[The perpetrators] wanted to make themselves look like they were brave, they were strong -- but in my opinion, I'm the brave one," he said.
