The daughter of choreographer Bob Fosse is suing Miramax and parent company Walt Disney Pictures, accusing the studios of faulty accounting with the 2002 hit musical Chicago.

Nicole Fosse, along with composer John Kander and the estate of lyricist Fred Ebb, says the studios shortchanged their slice of the profit pie by more than $12 million, according to the The Hollywood Reporter.

An audit of the film shows that $165 million in gross receipts was underreported, according to the plaintiffs.

One of the producers on the film, Martin Richards, sued Miramax in 2006 on similar grounds. His case was settled in 2008.
