Polis a "Must-Follow" on Twitter

Openly gay congressman Jared Polis's Twitter feed (@JaredPolis) is one of the 25 must-follow feeds for inside scoops on Congress, according to Washington, D.C., newspaper The Hill.

The paper says Polis, a freshman Democrat from Colorado, is one of the 127 Republicans, 103 Democrats, and two independent members of Congress who tweet, according to TweetCongress, a website that tracks lawmakers' Twitter accounts.

Says the Hill: "The freshman Colorado congressman is a younger presence on Twitter, maintaining an active feed and frequently using it to communicate with constituents and supporters. He also notes breaking news."
