Pelosi "Might Get Sick and Die"?

Political jabbing between Republicans and Democrats is expected, but Alabama representative Bobby Bright, a Blue Dog Democrat, may have crossed the line when he was asked if he would vote for Nancy Pelosi for House speaker at a political event Saturday.

Bright said a vote for House speaker was a way off before joking that Pelosi "might lose her own election, decide not to run for the speaker's job or otherwise not be available," according to the Montgomery Advertiser.

Later, Bright joked that Pelosi "might even get sick and die," drawing laughter from the crowd.
