Glee cocreator Ryan Murphy has decided to board the Oxygen Network's upcoming Glee Project as a producer, after all, reports Entertainment Weekly.
After some initial doubt about Murphy's involvement, Dante Di Loreto, an executive producer on both series, announced the change in plans. "Everything was creatively driven by Ryan," he said. "He had the idea for this at end of the first season."
The Glee Project, which will debut in June, is a 10-episode competition series that gives its winner a seven-episode guest-starring role on the third season of the Fox hit.
