Glenn Beck couldn't help but get a little turned on when Republican presidential hopeful and former U.S. senator Rick Santorum said he has signed on to the "Cut Cap Balance Pledge." The pledge for politicians proposes opposing debt limit increases unless significant spending cuts are made, spending caps are enforced, and Congress approves of a balanced budget.
That, apparently, sent Beck into a tizzy.
"I could kiss you in the mouth," he said to Santorum. A moment later, he said he was "just kidding, I don't want to kiss you in the mouth."
