During her appearance on The A List: Dallas, pundit Ann Coulter tells gay Republican cast member Taylor Garrett that when scientists discover a gay gene, "liberal yuppies" will start aborting their unborn gay babies.
It's a familiar refrain with Coulter. As she tells Garrett, she devoted a chapter to the subject in her 2008 book If Democrats Had Any Brains They'd Be Republicans. While discussing whether gays should be pro-life, Garrett reveals that his grandmother wanted his mother to abort him and that he gets "attacked all the time for being pro-life and Republican." Coulter replies, "The gays have got to be pro-life. As soon as they find the gay gene, guess who the liberal yuppies are gonna start aborting?"
