By knitting a sweater, a grandmother has made the world a brighter place.
The warm gesture, which was stitched with a rainbow in the center, was in response to the coming out of her granddaughter, Suna Huls, as bisexual last year.
An overjoyed Huls, a native of the Netherlands, posted a photograph in November 2016 of her grandmother with the garment to social media.
"I told my grandma I was bisexual a few weeks ago and today she gave me this. My grandma made me a rainbow sweater," Huls wrote in the caption, adding hashtags like "#iamsohappy" and "#my grandma is so cool."
The internet loved the portrait of acceptance as well. One Twitter post, with the caption "Be the grandmother you want to have, has nearly 200,000 likes after it was posted on January 26. This week, Huls retweeted messages of support.
"That is my granny. I am so proud now," Huls stated.
