...Stroke Associations
Both the American Stroke Association and the Stroke Association in the U.K. were very instrumental in the aftercare and rehabilitation of my then-partner, Paul Hickey, when he suffered a series of strokes in Los Angeles in September 2000. It's a cause close to my heart, as it works to combat strokes in people of all ages. The organizations also fund research into prevention and treatment, and they help stroke patients and their families directly by providing services in local communities. They also act as a voice for everyone affected by stroke and campaign to governments and health providers to ensure the needs of stroke survivors and their caregivers are met. ...Selfridges salt beef sandwich. The delicatessen in Selfridges department store in London will give you lashings of freshly cooked, sliced salt beef on rye bread with pickle. I love mine with lots of English mustard--it sticks to the teeth but is the perfect comfort food to relieve any travel-related anxiety.

...moisturized skin. Exfoliate with the Body Shop's honey and oat face scrub in the bath, then finish with a hydrating cream mask. You will feel like a million dollars.
