The crowd at ClexaCon. Read all about it below.
ClexaCon was the first event of its kind. The new media convention for LGBTQ women and allies brought together fans, actors, and creators for an inspiring weekend in Las Vegas March 3-5. The convention drew its name from two iconic queer characters in Clarke and Lexa, whose storyline in The 100 inspired fans to push for positive representation in media.
It featured a full schedule of panels, workshops, photo ops, and a film festival showcasing short films, web series, and feature films starring queer female characters.
The inaugural event proved to be affirming, empowering, and impactful. With 3.4 million Twitter impressions, 6.5 million #ClexaCon mentions, and more than 30 countries represented, this was a convention felt around the world. Feel the fun in our photo gallery.
Read more about the convention and watch fans share what ClexaCon means to them.
