Trumpémon Go Seeks 'Rare Minorities' at GOP Convention
An SNL cast member finds that women of color are as rare at the convention as Moltres in Pokemon Go.
Saturday Night Live comedian Michael Che set off on a mission to find as many minorities as he could at the mostly white Republican National Convention in Cleveland this week, playing a game he calls "Trumpemon Go."
As in Pokemon Go, Che seeks out rare beings, but in this case, he's not looking for cartoon beasts, but rather, people of color who support Donald Trump. While he is able to find a few men, he has trouble spotting any women!
The stakes are high, because in Trumpemon Go, Trump seeks to "Catch 'em all! Get 'em outta here!" Cringe.
