The U.S. House of Representatives on Friday voted 373-34 for a $21.3 billion fiscal 2007 foreign aid spending bill that includes a total of $3.4 billion to fight AIDS overseas, including $445 million for the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria.
