Ask 24-year-old actor Willam Belli why he's already had liposuction and Botox treatments and you'll get an immediate answer: "HDTV!" No stranger to nips and tucks (or Nip/Tuck, where he played transgender woman Cherry Peck), Belli often runs straight to the doctor after seeing himself on TV. "My first episode of Nip/Tuck aired and I was like, Damn, girl!" he says. "I was like Sean Connery with all the bulges." Belli had his first Botox shot at age 21, and he has no intention of stopping anytime soon. "I just did Women's Murder Club with Miss Angie Harmon in December and I noticed some lines on the visage," he says. "So I shot it up again."
