John Bartlett has never been one to bat an eye over a risque image. The American menswear designer, who launched his own line back in 1992 and electrified the industry with unabashed Adonis worship, has always exalted the masculine form - whether decked out in tailored clothing or wearing nothing at all.
With that in mind, Bartlett is turning his New York City boutique into an art gallery on Thursday with an exhibit of erotic drawings by Richard Haines (for a recent Q&A with the artist, visit Homo-neurotic.com).
"The Line Exposed," a one night-only show, will run from 7pm to 9pm on June 17 at John Bartlett, 143 Seventh Ave. S. at Charles Street in the West Village.
