A new study has found that college students have wildly varying thoughts on cheating, especially when it comes to a partner having a same-sex dalliance.

While many men would drop their girlfriends if they cheated with a guy, 50% would take them back if it was a lesbian encounter. Women find it harder to forgive -- only 28% would keep their boyfriends around if they hooked up with another girl, while a paltry 21% would stay with their man if they discovered he had a gay affair.

The study, conducted at the University of Texas at Austin, queried 718 young people.
