Bisexual comedian Andy Dick has been sued in Texas for allegedly grinding his genitals against a man's head during a stand-up routine, reports website Radar Online.
According to a lawsuit filed May 10 by Robert Tucker in the Dallas County, Texas District Court, on December 18, 2010 Dick was wearing a red skirt, black top, and a wig when he walked down from the stage to interact with audience members. Tucker asked Dick for an autograph, but as stated in the lawsuit, Dick brought a bar stool next to Tucker.
According to the suit, "Andy Dick then took control of Plaintiff's head with his left hand and pulled down his costume skirt with his right hand, exposing the fact that he was not wearing underwear beneath the skirt. Defendant Dick then, while still controlling Plaintiff's head with his hand, forced his genitals against the left side of Plaintiff's face. Plaintiff immediately pulled away."
Tucker is suing for offensive physical contact, infliction of emotional distress, and defamation of conduct.
