"Women in French
Society" at NOMA, March 7–June 3

The French government and the New Orleans Museum of Art announce "Femme, Femme, Femme: Paintings of Women in French Society From Daumier to Picasso From the Museums of France." The exhibition includes 83 works from the Louvre, the Musee d'Orsay, and 43 other legendary French museums. Each painting captures and celebrates the emergence of the modern woman.
