Neil Patrick Harris makes the cut as Meghan McCain lists the 10 most intriguing people of the year in her column on The Daily Beast. Writes McCain: "His popularity is based on his talent as both an actor and comedian and his sexuality is simply an afterthought." Also on McCain's list, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. "No matter what you think of her politics, I think she has added even more cracks to that political glass ceiling," McCain writes.
