Ricky and Jennifer Sing for Target Heads 

Ricky Martin and Jennifer Hudson performed at a special event for Target managers in Minneapolis Tuesday.

The singers, who both have special deals with Target to promote their new albums, performed for several thousand store managers at the Target Center. The performance comes days after Lady Gaga announced she was dissolving her exclusive deal with the discount retailer over their controversial political donations to antigay organizations.

The annual meeting of managers has attracted a number of big name stars over the years. Last year, Enrique Iglesias and Taylor Swift were among the performers.

Target responded to the end of its deal with Gaga earlier this month, saying: "We were very surprised and disappointed by the statements made by Lady Gaga's organization related to her partnership with Target. Target remains committed to the LGBT community as demonstrated by our contributions to various LGBT organizations, our recently established Policy Committee to review our political giving and our respectful, inclusive workplace environment."
