Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter Jason Mraz has filmed a video for the Human Rights Campaign in which he says he won't give up until there's equality for all.

"I sing songs about love and just as people have a right to listen to songs about love I believe people have the right to marry the person they love," Mraz says in the PSA as his new single "I Won't Give Up" plays in the background. "I won't give up until there's equality for all," he adds. "The time is now."

"Millions of Americans listen to Jason Mraz's love songs, yet not all loving relationships are treated with the same dignity and respect," says HRC President Joe Solmonese. "Gay and lesbian couples share the same values as everyone else -- love and commitment -- and deserve equal treatment under the law."

Mraz, a longtime ally for LGBT equality, will release his latest album, Love Is a Four Letter Word, April 17.
