Trump Usurping Funding of Health Programs

Advocates complain that money normally spent on research and rural health programs is being diverted to pay for President Trump's border policies, including the mounting costs of so-called "zero tolerance" that splits parents and children. Those programs results in at least $40 million diverted in the last two months.
