Protesters Interrupted World Cup to Send Message to Russia

The World Cup was won by France, but the final between Russia and Croatia ought to be remembered for having been interruped by three protesters.

Three people affiliated with the anti-Kremlin punk band Pussy Riot ran onto the pitch during a final between Russia and Croatia, only to be tackled by stewards and dragged away. They were detained by law enforcement.
