            Rainbows Festival is scheduled to take place October
            7-8 at       Heritage Square Park, located in
            downtown Phoenix. The festival offers       food, music, and
            over 200 local vendors. Admission is free, and events
            begin at 10 a.m. and end at 6 p.m. For further information
